For those who did not win this time, don’t worry – there are still opportunities to receive the diapers you and your family need. One such resource is the Central Arkansas Diaper Bank. Located in Little Rock and operating out of Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church, it provides FREE diapers to families on the first Wednesday of every month.
